Children's Mental Health Week 2023

Children's Mental Health Week

Children’s Mental Health Week 2023 will take place from 6-12 February 2023 and is an opportunity to shine a spotlight on and raise awareness for children and young people’s mental health. The theme this year is Let’s Connect and throughout the week, children will be considering how we can make meaningful connections that support our mental health.

Connection is one of the 5 steps to mental well-being along with; being physically active, learning new skills, giving to others, and paying attention to the present moment (mindfulness).
